In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the basics of linocut stamp making while designing your own custom image to print onto a tea towel. We’ll cover how to transfer your design, safely carve a rubber block, roll ink, and hand-print your stamp onto fabric. By the end of class, you’ll leave with a handmade tea towel featuring your original design—perfect for adding a personal touch to your kitchen or gifting to someone special.
No prior experience is needed! You’ll receive step-by-step guidance throughout the process. Enjoy a relaxed, creative atmosphere and leave with new skills and your own custom-made tea towel.
Eva Camunas earned her B.S. in Studio Art with a concentration in painting and drawing. She currently teaches elementary art in Harrisonburg City Public Schools, where she shares her passion for creativity with young artists. Eva loves all kinds of art—painting, drawing, printmaking, and more—and enjoys helping students of all ages create, explore, and have fun through art.
Refunds minus a 10% or $20 processing fee (whichever is lower) are offered until 14 days before the start of class. After that, we do not offer refunds. We don’t offer refunds for missed classes, so please be sure you can attend all sessions of a class, or that you are okay with missing any that you’ll be away for.
