Ages 16 and up are welcome
Cost: $110 + $15 materials (all materials are included)
Beginners and returners welcome!
Join us for a special fall afternoon edition of the popular Pen and Ink and Watercolor Native Plants class, where we’ll celebrate the changing season through the beauty of autumn leaves. This class is perfect for everyone—from curious beginners to experienced artists, plant lovers, or anyone who simply appreciates nature.
Together, we’ll explore the art of close observation, creating detailed pen and ink drawings of native plant specimens that highlight fall’s vibrant transformation. Using tube watercolors, you'll then bring your drawings to life with rich, expressive color. All materials are provided—just bring your curiosity!
Guided by Rebecca, you'll learn both technical drawing skills and watercolor techniques in a supportive, relaxed environment. Expect to leave with one or more beautiful botanical studies—and a fresh way of seeing the world around you.
Whether you're looking to deepen your connection with nature, build your artistic skills, or simply enjoy a creative afternoon in good company, this class is a perfect fit.
What students are saying about this class:
