Member Visitor’s Passes

About Visitor’s Passes

Visitor’s Passes allow Members, Staff, and Studio Renters to bring a guest into the studio to work alongside them. The intention is to share the space with close friends or family — not to provide private lessons or ongoing studio access.

When do I need one?

A pass is required anytime a guest will be working in the studio or staying longer than a brief tour.
If someone is simply accompanying you and not working, they’re welcome to use the kitchen or lobby (tea and wifi included!) — no pass needed.

How it works

  • $25 for up to 2 guests, for up to 3 hours

  • Guests must be supervised at all times

  • No classroom use during scheduled classes

  • Not for private lessons

  • Clay and firings are billed to the Member

  • Visitor work is limited to ½ kiln shelf

  • Members are responsible for safe-to-fire work and firing receipts

Please be mindful of how busy the studio is and adjust your timing if space is tight.

How to request

Submit the Visitor’s Pass form on this page at least 2 business days in advance. If you can’t give that notice, check the studio schedule and submit the form as soon as possible.

No monthly limit on passes.
