Special Events are private workshops designed for a group you choose. They’re a meaningful way to build community with your staff, strengthen teamwork with your scout troop, or simply share laughter and connection with your friends.

Pottery Wheel Sampler!
[Length: 2 hours] Enjoy an afternoon of playing with clay! In this class, our teachers will guide you through the process of throwing clay on the pottery wheel. No experience needed! Each participant will choose one piece to keep from the workshop, which will be glazed and fired and ready for pick up in several weeks. Workshop lasts 2 hours.
$330 for up to 6 people, then $55 per person; maximum 10 participants

Make Your Own Dessert Plates
[Length: 1.5 hours] In this fun, all-levels pottery class, we will make snack and dessert plates with textured clay slabs and press molds. This hand building technique is quick to learn, and accessible to beginners and experienced clay-folks alike. Each participant will be able to make 2-3 dishes. Pieces will be glazed and fired and ready for pick up in several weeks.
$330 for up to 6 people, then $55 per person; maximum 40 participants
Make a Travel Mug
[Length: 2.5 hours] Create your own unique travel mug using textured slabs of clay. Each person will make one mug, with or without a handle (your choice!). This class is great for beginner and intermediate skill levels. Each participant will be able to make 2-3 dishes. Pieces will be glazed and fired and ready for pick up in several weeks.
$390 for up to 6 people, then $65 per person; maximum 12 participants
Christmas Ornaments & Gift Tags
[Length: 2 hours] Create up to five beautiful winter-themed ornaments or gift tags from clay. Think snowflakes, stars, trees, or anything else you dream up—each piece will be about 2" x 3" and perfect for gifting or decorating your home for the season. All ability levels are welcome! We'll make the ornaments in class, and choose our glaze colors. This class can also be offered for children age 6+, or for child/adult pairs of any age!

Sunset Beach Watercolor Workshop
[Length: 2 hours] Learn to make a beautiful beach sunset, No experience needed! Pam will guide you through the process of creating a painting with watercolor and gouache step-by-step. Treat yourself to an afternoon of creativity in a low-pressure way. Each student will make a small 3"x3" painting. One small frame is included.
$325 for up to 5 people, then $65 per person; maximum 8 participants
Wheel throwing classes are limited to 10 participants. Handbuilding classes can hold up to 40.
